Booking terms — Maison Cabaret
1. Who we are
MKM Resources Ltd, trading as Maison Cabaret at 83 Rivington Street, operates Maison Cabaret at 83 Rivington Street, London EC2A 3AY. VAT registration number: 506 1635 15. Contact: alex@hausofcabaret.co.uk.
2. Your booking
Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, Ticket Tailor. Your contract is with us. A booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email. Prices include VAT and all booking fees.
3. What’s included
Each package includes what our website describes for it (dinner, the show and dancing until midnight). Menus may change with the season and supplier availability; we will always offer a comparable dish.
4. Changes and refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. Date changes are free up to 10 days before your booking (subject to availability).
4a. Party payment terms
You don't have to pay it all now: hold your table with a 25% deposit (groups of 8+), balance 10 days before. A provisional hold is not a confirmed booking. Existing confirmed bookings retain the terms supplied when booked. Choose the 25% deposit ticket at checkout
5. Group bookings
Group prices apply to the group size booked. If numbers drop within 10 days of your booking, the booked number is still payable.
6. If we change or cancel
Running order and cast can change. If we cancel your event, you choose a full refund or a move to another date. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs, except where the law says we are.
7. Arrival
Please arrive at the time on your ticket. If you arrive late, we’ll seat you as soon as we can without disturbing the show, but we may not be able to serve every course.
8. Age
Ages 16+; our shows include adult themes. We operate Challenge 25 for alcohol sales. We can't refund anyone refused entry for being under 16.
9. Dietary needs and allergies
Tell us when you book, or by email at least 7 days before. Our kitchen handles the 14 major allergens, so we can’t guarantee any dish is allergen-free.
10. Behaviour
Respect our performers and other guests. We may ask anyone who is abusive, unsafe or too drunk to leave, without a refund.
11. Photos and filming
No flash and no video recording of performances. We may photograph the room for publicity; tell staff if you’d rather not be featured.
12. Vouchers and partner bookings
These are also subject to the issuer’s own terms.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
